Ton Jansen is a autodidact airbrush artist who lives and works in the Dominican Republic.
As a native Dutch he was educated in traditional painting especialized in decorative painting techniques.
started airbrushing way back in the mid 80s ussing this technique in his decorative painting.
In 2010 he decided to dedicate him self more to the make paintings on canvas with the airbrush.

The past year i have been working on a serie of paintings from endangered wildlife ,
one of the animals i am concerned most was the beautiful leopard from Amur India.
these animals where the main subject of the paintings i did last year.
i do have to give a lot of credit to the beautif artist and photograper Woxys here on deviantart who gave me the permision to use here photos as reference material for my paintings.
without these beautiful pictures that inspired me to make these paintings i surely was not able to paint these .
